Here you can request deletion of your MadTaxi account and the data linked to it, without installing the app or signing in. You can do the same thing directly in the app (Profile → Delete profile).

What happens when you delete your account:

• Your account, profile and verification data, and saved addresses are permanently deleted.
• We keep ride history for a limited additional period where required by accounting or legal obligations (see the Privacy Policy).
• An account cannot be deleted while there is an unpaid balance or an active ride in progress — that must be resolved first.
