Business Account Terms

1. General

These terms (the "Terms") govern how a legal entity (the "Company") uses a MadTaxi business account so that its employees or other authorised persons ("Employees") can order rides in the MadTaxi app on the Company's account. By submitting an application at madtaxi.lv/bizness, the person doing so confirms that they are authorised to undertake the obligations set out in these Terms on behalf of the Company.

Employees using the app are also bound by the Terms of Use for Clients. Where these Terms and the client terms differ on matters of payment by business account, these Terms prevail.

2. Opening an account

• The Company submits an application with its details (name, registration number, VAT number if any, registered address, invoicing email and contact person).
• MadTaxi reviews the application and may approve or reject it at its discretion without giving a reason.
• The account is linked to the MadTaxi user account used to submit the application (the "Account Administrator"). The Account Administrator manages Employees and limits and views rides and invoices.
• The Company is responsible for the accuracy of its details and must notify MadTaxi of any changes without delay.

3. Employees

• The Account Administrator invites Employees by phone number. The Employee accepts the invitation in the MadTaxi app.
• The Account Administrator may set a monthly limit for each Employee. The limit is checked when a ride is ordered, so a single ride may cause it to be slightly exceeded.
• The Company is liable for all rides ordered by Employees with the "Company" payment method until the Employee is removed in the portal.

4. Prices and discounts

• Rides are charged at the same fares shown in the app at the time of ordering.
• MadTaxi may grant the Company a percentage discount. The discount applies to the ride fare and does not apply to tips, cancellation or waiting fees. Changes to the discount apply only to rides ordered after the change.
• Cancellation and waiting fees apply in accordance with Section 6 of the client terms and are included in the Company's invoice.

5. Invoices and payment

• On the 1st day of each calendar month MadTaxi issues the Company one invoice for all rides and fees of the previous month paid with the "Company" payment method. The invoice is sent to the Company's invoicing email and is available in the portal.
• The invoice must be paid by bank transfer within 14 (fourteen) days of its issue date.
• If an invoice is not paid on time, MadTaxi may block the business account until the debt is settled. While blocked, Employees cannot select payment by business account.
• The Company must raise any objections to an invoice within 14 days by writing to support@madtaxi.lv.

6. Data processing

In the portal the Company can see only rides paid with the business account: the Employee's name, the date and time of the ride, pick-up and destination address, the stated trip purpose and the amount. Other rides of the Employee paid by other means are not visible to the Company. The Company may use this data only for expense accounting and control and is responsible for informing its Employees. 7. Suspension and termination

The Company may stop using the business account at any time by writing to support@madtaxi.lv. MadTaxi may suspend or close the account if the Company breaches these Terms, is late with payments or the account is misused. Closing the account does not release the Company from paying for rides already taken.

8. Limitation of liability

MadTaxi's liability towards the Company is limited as set out in Section 13 of the client terms. MadTaxi is not liable for the Company's losses caused by an Employee's actions or by incorrect company details.

9. Changes

MadTaxi may update these Terms. We will notify the Account Administrator by email of material changes at least 14 days in advance. By continuing to use the business account after the changes take effect, the Company agrees to the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation are settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
